- 6 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 6 to 10 eggs
- 1 to 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole.

2Line bottom of casserole with bread and sausage.

3Mix eggs, cheese, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.

4Pour over bread and sausage.

5Refrigerate overnight (very important).

6Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

7Serves 8 to 12.
