- 1 2/3 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 3/4 c. Shedd's Spread Country Crock
Directions

1Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl, mixing well.

2Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.

3Add to dry mixture and stir with wooden spoon until just moistened.

4Pour into well-greased 9-inch square pan.

5Bake at 425° for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

6Edges should be golden brown.

7Cool on wire rack.

8Cut into 16 squares.

9Serve warm or cool.
