  • 3 piece Crocker, Whiting, Brim or favorite fish
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 or you can use HOUSE AUTRY seafood breader

Directions

    Have fish monger scale, bone, and clean fish.

    When you get home soak in cold water with 2 tbsp of salt.

    Mix dry ingredients and place fish in dry mix
  4. 4
    Heat oil in a deep cast iron skillet
  5. 5
    Fry about 3 minutes each side
