- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 or you can use HOUSE AUTRY seafood breader

1Have fish monger scale, bone, and clean fish.

2When you get home soak in cold water with 2 tbsp of salt.

3Mix dry ingredients and place fish in dry mix

4Heat oil in a deep cast iron skillet

5Fry about 3 minutes each side
