- 5 c. water
- 1/2 c. molasses
Directions

1Soak ham overnight in water.

2Cook in pan that seals tight or wrap in heavy-duty foil.

3Put 5 cups of water, molasses and ham together and wrap tightly in foil.

4Put in cold oven; heat to 500°.

5Turn off oven and let set for 3 hours.

6Do not open oven. After 3 hours turn oven back on and heat to 500°.

7Cook for 10 minutes.
-
8Turn oven off and let set in oven for 12 hours or overnight.

9Do not open oven until 12 hours are up.
