- 1 chicken
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 soup cans chicken broth
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Cook chicken until tender; debone and cut in bite size pieces. Saute onions and peppers in margarine.

2Stir in stuffing mix. Place 1/2 of the mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Mix together mushroom soup, chicken soup and broth.

4Put layer of chicken over stuffing mix, then 1/2 soup mixture.

5Repeat layers. Top with remaining stuffing mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
