- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 c. shredded cabbage or 2 c. sliced yellow squash
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt margarine in bottom of iron skillet or baking dish.

2Slice potatoes over margarine; lightly salt and pepper.

3Spread cabbage or squash over potatoes; lightly salt and pepper.

4Slice onion over cabbage or squash.

5Mix canned tomatoes and hamburger; lightly salt and pepper.

6Cover with onion slices (entire top).

7Bake at 425° for about 1 hour, or until brown.

8Serve with corn muffins.
