  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar, divided
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 4 fresh peaches, peeled, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped Back to Nature Sea Salt Roasted Almonds

    Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Beat butter and 1/4 cup sugar in small bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.

    Add flour; mix well.

    Spread onto bottom and 1 inch up side of 9-inch springform pan.

    Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup of the remaining sugar in same bowl with mixer until well blended.

    Add egg and vanilla; mix well.

    Spread onto bottom of crust.

    Mix remaining sugar and ginger.

    Add to peaches in large bowl; toss to coat.

    Spoon over cream cheese layer; sprinkle with nuts.

    Bake 10 min.

    Reduce oven temperature to 375F; bake 25 to 30 min.

    Run knife around rim of pan to loosen pie; cool before removing rim.
