  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak (3/4-inch thick)
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water

Directions

    Pound steak.

    Cut into serving size pieces.

    In skillet, brown steak in oil.

    Pour off fat.

    Stir in soup and water.

    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until done.
