Ingredients
- 1 frying chicken (about 3 lb.), cut into serving pieces
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium size onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. zucchini
- 2 large green peppers
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. chopped basil leaves or 1/4 tsp. dried sweet basil
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
Directions

1In a large skillet, brown the chicken in butter and olive oil. Place onion around chicken.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Cover and cook slowly for about 15 minutes.

4While chicken is cooking, wash and cut zucchini in 1/2-inch thick slices.

5Wash peppers. Remove stems and seeds.

6Rinse in cold water and slice lengthwise in 1-inch wide strips.
