Ingredients
- 6 medium steamed crabs
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 c. olives
- 1/4 c. capers
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 tsp. tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 1 sprig of thyme, minced
- 1 sprig parsley, minced
Directions

1Open and clean crabs.

2Rinse off excess seasoning to remove salt.

3Place all vegetables and seasonings in a frying pan with the butter.

4Saute for 5 minutes.

5Add tomato paste; allow to penetrate seasoning for about 5 minutes.

6Add crabs and water. Cook for 25 minutes.

7Add rice.

8Cook on top of stove or bake in oven (350°) until rice is tender.
