  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 lb. imitation crab blend, flaked
  • additional dry bread crumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • 4 c. 1/4-inch slices zucchini (3 to 5 medium)
  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp American or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Grease a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Spread in dish.

    Bake uncovered until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 25 to 30 minutes).
