  • 2 eggs
  • 1 green pepper, cut small
  • 4 stalks celery, cut small
  • 1 bag onion
  • 5 or 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 5 or 7 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. mayo

    Mix ingredients, except bread crumbs and mayo, thoroughly. Shake bread crumbs over mix.

    Add mayo; shape.

    Dip in egg and then bread crumbs.
