- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- 2 to 3 medium potatoes
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Remove any shell left in crabmeat.

2Peel potatoes, cook (boil) and mash.

3In bowl, mix first 6 ingredients.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Make into cakes.

6Broil or fry in butter.

7Serve as main dish or on roll.
