- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 celery stalk (small), chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- few drops Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 c. bread crumbs with a little milk
Directions

1Mix all of the ingredients well.

2Shape this mixture into cakes.

3Dip the cakes in another beaten egg and then dip cakes into more bread crumbs.

4Deep fry until golden brown.
