  • 14 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 12 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard

  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 6 tablespoons seafood sauce
