Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms (canned, drained or fresh)
- 1 lb. crab or sea legs
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. bread or cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine with some Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Grease pan.

2Melt butter and saute onion and mushrooms for 3 minutes.

3Add crab, sherry and salt.

4Blend flour and milk and add to skillet.

5Cook until thickened.

6Stir in cheese.

7Put in greased baking dish.

8Sprinkle crumbs and oleo on top.

9Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
