Crab Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 2 or 3 yellow onions
- 1/2 stick Parkay
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 pkg. Snow's frozen crab
- 1 tsp. dried or fresh dill
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 1 lemon
Directions

1Chop and saute onions in Parkay margarine.

2Add minced garlic. Saute all together until onions are translucent.

3Add fresh or thawed Snow's frozen crab.

4Saute together.

5Add dill.
-
6Add creamed corn.

7You can hold at this point and just before serving, heat and add heavy cream.

8Garnish with thin slice of lemon and sprig of fresh dill.

9Serve hot.

10If need more, use 2 cans of creamed corn, 2 packages crab and 2 pints of heavy cream.
