- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 4 white bread slcs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 3 tablespoons parsley chopped
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon minced onions Instant
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

1Remove any remaining shell or cartilage from crabmeat.

2Pour butter in a baking dish, approximately 8x8x2 inches.

3Cut crusts from bread.

4Place bread in a single layer in the bottom of the baking dish spread crabmeat over bread.

5Sprinkle cheese, parsley.

7Combine milk, egg, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; pour over crabmeat.
