- 1/2 lb. crab or imitation crab
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- green onions to taste, chopped fine
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Heat soup (no water).

2Dissolve gelatine in 3 tablespoons cold water.

3Remove soup from stove.

4Add gelatine.

5Blend cheese and mayonnaise into soup mixture.

6Add rest of ingredients.

7Put in mold that is sprayed with nonstick spray.

8Good, especially with small crackers.
