- 1 (6 oz.) can crab
- 1 (8 oz.) cube cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 small pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 4 green onions, chopped
Directions

1Just slightly warm the mushroom soup in pan.

2Add the gelatine which has been softened in 3 tablespoons cold water.

3Add cream cheese and mayonnaise and blend well.

4Add all other ingredients and mix well.

5Pour into a 1-quart mold and chill for several hours.

6Serve with crackers.
