  • 1 (6 oz.) can crab
  • 1 (8 oz.) cube cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 small pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 4 green onions, chopped

Directions

    Just slightly warm the mushroom soup in pan.

    Add the gelatine which has been softened in 3 tablespoons cold water.

    Add cream cheese and mayonnaise and blend well.

    Add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into a 1-quart mold and chill for several hours.

    Serve with crackers.
