  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • bread crumbs
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • parsley

    Pick crab meat carefully without breaking lumps.

    Cook pepper in butter for 2 minutes.

    Mix all ingredients (delicately so not to break crab lumps).

    Heap into 4 to 5 shells.

    Top with a few bread crumbs, moistened with melted butter.

    Put shells on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
