- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 small loaf French bread
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (6 oz.) can flaked crabmeat
- 1 oz. pimentos
Directions

1Melt butter (or margarine) and cheese over low heat, add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt; mix well.

2Process in blender until smooth.

3In bowl fold in crabmeat and pimentos.

4Mix well.

5Slice bread into 1/2 inch slices and spread with crab mixture.

6Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350° for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

7Makes 20 slices.
