  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Knox gelatin dissolved in 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • hot chili pepper to taste (optional)

Directions

    Heat soup, cool slightly and add gelatin.

    Add all ingredients together and mix well by hand. Chill in mold.
