- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. plain gelatin
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 lb. crab or 1 can crab meat
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- dash of Tabasco
Directions

1Heat and stir mushroom soup and cream cheese.

2Add gelatin and cold water.

3Beat well with mixer; add mayonnaise and beat on 1st speed.

4Add celery, green onion and crab.

5Mix lightly.

6Add a couple drops of Tabasco.

7Oil mold and let stand 6 hours or more. Serve on crackers as a spread or with raw vegetables as a dip.
