  • 2 c. flaked crabmeat or imitation crab
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients; roll into small balls about the size of a quarter.

    Freeze until firm.

    Roll each ball in bread crumbs to completely cover.

    Fry until golden in oil heated to 350°.

    Drain on paper toweling.

    Yields about 36.
