- 1/2 lb. crab claw meat, drained and chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperture
- 1/2 tsp. steak sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2-1/2 dozen won-ton wrappers
- 1 egg yolk, well-beaten
- Oil, for frying
Directions

1Combine crab meat,cream cheese, steak sauce and garlic powder in a medium bowl.

2Blend into a paste.

3Place a heaping teaspoonful on each wonton wrapper.

4Moisten edges of wrappers with egg yolk.

5Gather the 4 corners together at top.

6Pinch to seal.

7Heat oil to 375F.

8Add wontons in batches.

9Fry for 3 minutes, or until golden brown.

10Remove with a slotted spoon.

11Drain on paper towels.
