- 1/2 lb. crabmeat
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. chive cream cheese, whipped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. minced green onion
- 15 slices white bread (with crusts trimmed)
- 1 lb. bacon (uncooked)
Directions

1Remove any remaining pieces of shell or cartilage from crabmeat.

2In bowl, combine crab, cream cheese, parsley and onion. Mix well.

3Spread each slice of bread with heaping tablespoonful of crab mixture and roll bread in jelly roll fashion.

4Cut roll into thirds.

5Cut bacon slices in half.

6Roll one piece of bacon around each bread roll.

7Secure with toothpick.

8Place on baking sheet and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once during baking.
