- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. liquid crab boil
- 1 pt. half and half
- 2 soup cans milk
- 1/4 c. chopped shallots
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute shallots in oleo for 5 minutes.

2Add all other ingredients and bring to boil.

3Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
