Ingredients
- 1 lb. white crabmeat
- 1/3 c. white onion
- 1/3 c. green onion
- 1/3 c. bell pepper
- 2 slices bread
- 1 egg
- 2 large red potatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/3 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. seafood seasoning
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Boil the potatoes until they are soft.

2While potatoes are boiling, mix crabmeat with white onion, green onion, bell pepper and white crabmeat, then toast 2 slices of bread.

3Crumble the bread into the rest of the ingredients.

4Add the potatoes.

5Mix thoroughly with 1 egg, seasoned salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and seafood seasoning.

6Shape crabmeat into patty.

7Pass the patties into flour on both sides.

8Fry in shortening until golden brown on both sides.
