- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1 can crabmeat, drained
Directions

1Line a 9 inch quiche dish with pastry. Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork. Bake at 400° for 3 minutes; remove from oven and gently prick with fork, bake an additional 5 minutes. Set aside.
