  • Pastry for 9 inch pie
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 can crabmeat, drained

    Line a 9 inch quiche dish with pastry. Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork. Bake at 400° for 3 minutes; remove from oven and gently prick with fork, bake an additional 5 minutes. Set aside.
