- crushed crackers (about 1 c.)
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- dash of pepper
- 2 to 3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
- 3/4 c. butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix crushed crackers, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley and pepper.

3Dip chicken pieces in butter, then dredge in cracker mixture.

4Arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish.

5Drizzle any remaining butter over chicken. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, then turn pieces and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes (depending on thickness of pieces).
