  • 3 qt. popcorn
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions

    Cook the brown sugar, butter, syrup and cream of tartar to 260° until a hard ball.

    Pour over popcorn.

    Put in oven for 1 hour.

    Stir 3 times.
