  • 8 qt. popped corn
  • 2 c. brown sugar or 1 c. white and 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Boil sugars, butter, syrup, salt and vanilla

    5 minutes and remove and stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and pour over corn. Bake at 250° about 1 hour.
