- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 150 g (1/3 of 450-g pkg.) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes, divided
- 1 cup salsa, divided
- 10 flour tortillas (6 inch)
Directions

1Brown meat in large skillet.

2Add half each of the Velveeta and salsa; cook until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.

3Spoon scant 1/4 cup meat mixture down centre of each tortilla; roll up.

4Place, seam-sides down, in single layer in shallow microwaveable dish; top with remaining salsa and Velveeta.

5Cover with waxed paper.

6Microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min.

7or until enchiladas are heated through and Velveeta is melted.
