Ingredients
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1 1/2 c. light raisins
- 1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries, chopped (or whole)
Directions

1Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda in large bowl. Cut in butter.

2Add egg, orange peel and orange juice all at once.

3Stir until moist.

4Fold in raisins and cranberries.

5Spoon into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

7All cranberries can be used instead of raisins.
