  • 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 4 oz. orange juice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. flour (fried chicken) or graham crumbs (baked)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 (3 oz.) pkg. Italian dressing mix
