Cranberry Fruit Salad

- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 small apple
Directions

1Drain pineapple.

2Save juice.

3In saucepan, mix juice, 1/2 cup water and lemon juice.

4Heat to boiling; remove from heat and add gelatin.

5Stir well.

6Break up cranberry sauce with fork.

7Stir into gelatin mixture.

8Refrigerate until mixture begins to gel. Stir in pineapple, celery and apple.

9Pour into 4 cup mold.

10Chill until firm.
