- 2 cups Yellow Grits, Uncooked
- 1-1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/8 teaspoons Cloves
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 3 whole Eggs, Beaten
Directions

1Add the salt to the water and bring to a rapid boil. Stir in the grits, simmer until cooked. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

2Pour into a buttered 9x11 casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
