Cranberry Layer Cake

  • pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
  • c. fresh or frozen cranberrys, thawed and coarsely chopped
  • c. finely chopped english walnuts

Directions

    Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and stir in cranberrys and walnuts. Pour in two greased 9 inch round baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Cool completely.
