  • 1 c. cranberry juice
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Directions

    In a saucepan, heat cranberry juice to boiling.

    Stir in gelatin until dissolved.

    Stir in cranberry sauce.

    Chill until slightly thickened.

    Fold in whipped cream.

    Chill in mold or square pan (9-inch) until set.
