- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease an 8 inch baking pan.

3Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl until thick.

4Gradually add sugar, beating until thoroughly blended.

5Stir in flour and melted butter, blend well.

6Add cranberries and walnuts, mixing gently just until combined.

7Spread evenly in pan.

8Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

9Cool and cut into bars.

10Makes 16 servings.
