  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/3 c. hot water
  • 1 1/2 c. cranberries, cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Dissolve soda in hot water.

    Combine all ingredients; blend lightly.

    Pour into a well buttered mold.

    Cover; steam about 1 1/2 hours.

    Unmold.
