  • 1 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons ground espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground espresso powder

    Heat oven to 325F.

    Combine butter and sugar in large bowl.

    Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.

    Add all remaining cookie ingredients except flour and pecans; continue beating until well mixed.

    Reduce speed to low; add flour.

    Beat until well mixed.

    Stir in pecans .

    Shape dough into 1 inch balls.

    Place 1-inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
