- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
- 1 small orange, seeded
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free raspberry jello
- sugar substitute to equal 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Grind cranberries and orange on coarse grind setting.

2Add sugar substitute and mix.

3Mix jello with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water.

4Set jello until thick.

5Mix in ground cranberry-orange mixture.

6Mold in 6-cup bowl, loaf pan or jello mold until set.

7Serves 8.
