- 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. red jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Heat cranberry juice and strain.

2Save juice; set cranberries aside.

3Dissolve jello in hot juice and water; add salt and lemon juice.

4Chill until thick; beat in mayonnaise until light and fluffy.

5Fold in cranberries, fruit and nuts; pour in mold.

6Chill until set.
