Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope gelatin, dissolved in 4 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Heat cranberry sauce and pineapple with dissolved gelatin. (I always used an extra teaspoon plain gelatin.)

    Chill; when partially set, stir in celery and nuts.

    Chill until firm.
