- 23 cup shortening
- 23 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups flour
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped
- 13 cup dried cranberries
- 12 cup white chocolate chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Cream shortening, butter, and sugars in a large bowl with a mixer.

3Add eggs and extract, and beat until smooth.

4Add baking soda and 1 cup of flour.

5Stir with wooden spoon.

6Add 1 cup of flour and stir until smooth.

7Add the last cup of flour and stir.

8Add walnuts, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips until incorporated.

9Grease pan and drop dough by using rounded table spoon measurement.

10Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

11Remove from oven, let cool on pan for 2 minutes, and then transfer to wire rack.
