Crawfish Baguettes

  • 2 lb crawfish tails
  • 1 large white onion
  • 1 1/2 bunch chopped green onion
  • 4 stick butter
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 loaf baguette bread

Directions

    Add all ingredients in a crock pot and let simmer until butter is melted.

    stir frequently to get the butter flavor over all the crawfish tails

    slice the bread about 1/2 inch think that way it will not fall apart to bad when adding the toppings

    once the butter is completely melted and the tails are up to temp the just spoon crawfish onto a baguette and eat!
