  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • chopped celery cup finely
  • 1 onion medium, chopped
  • 1 pound crawfish tail meat
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • onion salt
  • red pepper
  • hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups cooked rice
