- 1 stick oleo
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 small tomato can water
- garlic salt to taste
- red pepper (optional)
Directions

1Melt oleo.

2Add green pepper and onion.

3Saute until tender. Add crawfish tails and saute.

5Pour in tomato sauce and can of water.

6Cook slowly.
